Who we are

Our people

For the team at Nutricia, caring is an instinct, not just a job description.

More than 800 caring, dedicated professionals make up Nutricia in the UK and Ireland. Together, we support thousands of patients, providing a path to help people live longer, healthier lives. Seeing the positive impact our work has on people’s lives encourages each of us to work harder, whatever the role.

Always learning for better care

We invest in training to help our people grow and develop, to always deliver better care. The possibility of making an even bigger difference to people’s lives is what motivates us to succeed, and drives our business forwards.

Our employees record an average of 25,000 learning hours each year

“We aim to?understand the needs?of patients and their families to?deliver the best care?specifically for them”

Cheryl Mallet,?Head of Nursing

Care, support, research

We employ over 100 nurses and 20 dietitians and nutritionists, many of whom have worked in hospitals and other caring roles. They are just one essential part of the bigger picture:

A centre of excellence

Half of our staff are based at Nutricia UK HQ in Wiltshire, where we co-ordinate services for customers and patients. There we research new ways to promote the benefits and importance of medical nutrition as an integral part of healthcare.

A country-wide support network

The other half of our people work right across the UK, including at our?manufacturing and product development facility in Liverpool. We deliver supplies, systems and support to patients who tube feed in the comfort of their own homes. We also help healthcare professionals to provide the best possible nutritional care for their patients in many different settings.

Teams with breadth and depth

It takes all sorts of people to develop innovative medical nutrition products to support patients, carers and healthcare professionals, and raise awareness about the importance of nutrition in healthcare.

Our teams boast a huge range of valuable roles, from healthcare nutrition, nursing and operations, to sales and marketing, right through to human resources, information services and technology, public affairs and finance. This diversity, breadth and depth are key to achieving our goal of making medical nutrition an integral part of healthcare.
